Comment: After receiving the Harry Potter years 1-5 DVD set I was very dissapointed to find that there were two DVD's of Prisoner of Azkaban, and the Goblet of Fire DVD was missing. On contacting Amazon they agreed to send a replacement set.

Unfortunately this set was exactly the same. On contacting Amazon again they agreed to refund the total cost of the set. Although dissapointed, I felt Amazon were very fair in dealing with this matter.

Reading other reviews of other DVD sets, this problem seems to be only too common. Someone, somewhere should be looking into this quality control problem.
